Rebilly news, features, and updates for February 2024

Hello, and welcome to the February edition of the Rebilly news, features, and updates blog.

New features

This month we added the following new features.

Delinquency period

We added the delinquent period setting and event. Use this feature to specify the length of time after which a subscription is canceled if it is not paid. For information on how to set the delinquency period, see Create an order.

For more information, see Delinquency periods, Create an order and the Order delinquency reached event.

Quote for subscription reactivation

You can now create quotes for subscription reactivation. Use this feature to allow the customer to preview the changes before accepting them, and to collect payment before reactivating the subscription. You can also change items at the time of reactivation, this previously required two steps. For more information, see UI documentation on quotes and developer documentation on quotes.

Quotes for changes to items in orders

You can now create quotes for changes to items in orders. Use this feature to allow the customer to preview the changes before accepting them, and to collect payment before performing the changes. If the customer accepts the quotation, the changes are applied to the subscription. For more information, see UI documentation on quotes and developer documentation on quotes.

Cancel payout requests

You can now cancel payout requests. Use this feature to cancel a payout request that has not yet been processed. For more information, see Hosted payout form API integration, the Cancel payout request API operation, and the Hosted payout form API integration guide.

Subscription item changes

We added the subscription item changed event. Use this feature to notify your system when a subscription item is changed. For more information, see Subscription item changed.

Docs

We added a guide that describes how to integrate a hosted payment form using the Rebilly API. For more information, see Hosted payout form API integration

New payment gateway integrations

Integration requests

Rebilly supports over 200 payment gateways and more than 170 payment methods including ACH, PayPal, and Bitcoin. If you would like to add a payment integration that’s not in our list, complete the request a new payment gateway integration process. If you have any questions, please contact us. We are happy to help! For more release information, see Release notes.
