Rebilly news, features, and updates for October 2024
Hello, and welcome to the October edition of the Rebilly news, features, and updates blog.
New features
Set up payment instrument link
We added the option to create a URL where customers can set up a new payment instrument. Use this feature when customers need to add a new payment instrument to their account themselves. For more information, see Set up payment instruments link.
New event and webhook
We added the 'subscription quantity filled limit reached' event and webhook to the Rebilly API. This event and webhook is triggered when the quantity limit for a subscription is reached. Use this event to notify customers when they have reached the maximum quantity for their subscription, or to trigger other actions based on the quantity limit.
Docs changes
New developer docs landing page and content organization
We added a new, improved landing page to the developer docs that groups content and makes related content easier to find. We also reorganized the content in this part of the website to make related information easier to locate in the left navigation. To check it out, see Developer docs.
In Rebilly, we strive to create the best possible experience for our users. A huge part of that experience is our documentation. It's really important to us that our docs are easy to read, comprehensive, and easy to use. If you find something that you think we can improve, find something difficult to understand, or just want to send some kudos, we'd love to hear from you.
