KPI segments

Use KPI segments to display visuals based on filtered data in each tile in the payments, billing, and KYC KPI pages.

For example, you can use segments to display a visual, in each tile, which describes the number of transactions that occur in the United States.

Add a new KPI segment

Use this process to add new data visualizations to the tiles on the KPIs page. You can add multiple filters to a KPI segment.

  1. In the left navigation bar, press KPIs , then press KYC & AML.
  2. Above the tiles, press Create segment, then press Create new segment.
  3. In the Filter dropdown, select an attribute to filter.
  4. In the Operation dropdown, select a condition.
  5. In the Value field, enter or select one or more values to complete the filter.
  6. Press Save segment.

Manage KPI segments

Use this process to hide, make visible, remove, or select which segments to display on the KPIs page.

  1. In the left navigation bar, press KPIs , then press KYC & AML.

  2. Above the tiles, locate the active segments, then select from the following:

    • Hide a segment: On the segment button, press Toggle visibility.
    • Make a hidden segment visible: On the segment, press Toggle visibility.
    • Remove a segment: On the segment, press Delete.
    • Select which segments to apply: Press Create segment, select the segment to display, then press Apply selection.

    Only two KPI segments can be applied at once.
    If three segments are displayed, in the top left of the page, on right of a segment, press Delete.

Edit a segment

  1. In the left navigation bar, press KPIs , then press KYC & AML.
  2. Above the tiles, locate the active segments, then press a segment.
  3. Edit a filter, or add a new filter by clicking Add filter.
  4. Press Save.
