Tags
This topic describes how to use tags in Rebilly. Use tags to organize and categorize customers, AML checks, or KYC documents based on keywords.
To tag or view KYC documents or AML checks, you must activate the Rebilly KYC add-on. To activate KYC, contact Rebilly. For more information, see KYC and AML.
To use tags:
Create a tag
Use this process to create customer, AML check, or KYC document tags.
- In the left navigation bar, press Settings .
- In the Management section, press Tags.
- In the right of the screen, press Create tag.
- In the Name field, enter a name for the tag.
- In the Type dropdown, select from the following:
- To create a customer tag: select Customer.
- To create a KYC document tag: select KYC document.
- To create an AML check tag: select AML check.
- Press Create tag.
Tag or untag
Add tags to customers, AML checks, or KYC documents and use tags to filter associated data in Data tables.
Tag or untag customers
Use this process to manually tag or untag customers.
To automatically tag or untag customers based on the occurrence of a specific event, see Create a tag automation.
- In the left navigation bar, press Data tables, then press Customers.
- In the Name column, press a customer.
- Select from the following:
- Tag a customer:
- In the left of the screen, under the customer's address press + Add tag.
- Press in the input field and select one or more customer tags.
- Press Apply.
- Untag a customer:
- In the left of the screen, under the customer's address.
- On the right of a tag, press .
- Tag a customer:
Tag or untag KYC documents
Use this process to manually tag or untag KYC documents.
- In the left navigation bar, press Data tables, then press KYC & AML.
- Depending on where the document is located, press Unreviewed documents, Reviewed documents, or Documents in review.
- In the ID column, press a KYC document.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen, then select from the following:
- Add tags: In the Tags dropdown, select one or more tags.
- Remove tags: In the Tags dropdown, on the right of the tag, press .
- Depending on the review status of the document, press Update & reject document or Update & accept document.
Tag or untag AML checks
Use this process to tag or untag AML checks.
- In the left navigation bar, press Data tables, then press KYC & AML.
- Depending on where the AML check is located, press AML reviewed customers or AML unreviewed customers.
- In the ID column, press an AML check.
- In the top of the screen, under the AML check ID, select from the following:
- Add tags: Press + Add tag, add one or more tags, then press Apply.
- Remove tags: On the right or a tag, press .
View tagged customers, AML checks, or KYC documents
Use this process to view and group tagged customers, AML checks, or KYC documents in Data tables.
- Select from the following:
- View tagged customers:
- In the left navigation bar, press Data tables.
- Depending on the information you want to filter, press Customers, Payments, or Billing.
- View tagged AML checks:
- In the left navigation bar, press Data tables.
- Press AML reviewed customers or AML unreviewed customers.
- View tagged KYC documents:
- In the left navigation bar, press Data tables, then press KYC & AML.
- Press Unreviewed documents, Reviewed documents, or Documents in review.
- View tagged customers:
- In the top right of the table, press Filters .
- Press Add filter.
- In the Filter dropdown, type
Tags
and select it. - In the Operation dropdown, select a condition.
- In the Value dropdown, select or add tags.
- Press Apply filter.
- Press Save.
- Optionally, to create a new segment based on the applied filters:
- Press Save segment as, enter a name for the new segment.
- Press Save.
- Optionally, to export the filtered data as a CSV file: In the top right of the screen, press Export.
